  • The product must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice

  • You must provide photo or video proof of the damaged or incorrect item

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in color or design

  • Products damaged due to misuse or handling after delivery

5. Return Process

To initiate a return:

6. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved and the product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account

7. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to damage or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping cost

  • No other returns are eligible for shipping reimbursement
